About Me
The life of a Celebrant is a fortunate one. To be blessed with the privilege of performing a ceremony for a client's life event is, indeed, an honour. I have been a Celebrant for nearly 10 years and absolutely love what I do.
I've been happily married for nearly three decades and am the proud mother of two young gentlemen.
A well-respected member of my local community, I enjoy helping people and have been an active, dedicated committee member of numerous clubs, Scout and Venturer groups, kindergartens, and primary and secondary schools. Although both my children are now adults and have long since left school, I remain a member the School Council of my local Secondary College, retaining an important role within the community, assisting wherever I can.
I constantly strive to improve the professionalism of Celebrants and am Registrar of Diplomas for International College of Celebrancy, providing the world's best courses for new and established Celebrants. I also hold Certificate IV - Training & Assessment. As a proficient public speaker and presenter, I use my skills to demonstrate best practice, and mentor and assist others to overcome their fears and improve their speaking skills.
I understand the joy a couple are experiencing as they enter into marriage, their excitement and expectations, and the commitment they are making to each other. Equally, I am able to appreciate the heartbreak and suffering loved ones endure as they grieve.
I am an understanding and caring person, with extensive experience communicating and dealing with people, as well as presenting to large and small audiences. I have a keen eye for detail and am a highly professional Celebrant, committed to helping make your celebration special: happy, stress-free and memorable, and for funerals, dignified, respectful and meaningful.
Whatever the occasion, whether it be for the happiest day of your life or to celebrate the life of a passing relative, I would consider it an honour and a privilege to perform your ceremony.
